Venison Burger Recipe
Our favorite seasoning for venison burgers is Redmond Real Salt’s Season Salt blend. Another seasoning option is a mix of garlic, salt, onion powder, and paprika, if you prefer a little spice to it, you can also add chili powder. Top with your favorite burger toppings and dig in! Ingredients
1 pound ground venison
1-1 ½ tablespoons of Redmond Real Salt’s Season blend, or seasoning of choice
½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat (between 350-400 degrees on a wood pellet grill).
- Mix all the ingredients together and form into 4 patties.
- Place on the grill and cook until the desired level of doneness is reached.
- Pair with a delicious homemade burger bun and your favorite toppings of choice.
