Garlic Italian Seasoning Rub
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
Chili Blend Seasoning Rub for Chicken
(yields 6-8 chicken drumsticks)
- 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
You will need approximately 6 chicken drumsticks, or legs, for each of these rub recipes.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Mix up all spices for chosen rub in a small bowl.
Using your fingers, pat the rub onto the chicken drumstick until it is completely covered.
When chicken is ready and grill is preheated, place chicken drumsticks on the grill, turning occasionally and cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees.

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
