    Hi..ive just found your page and book.. Im most interesting in if your ingredients are refined or unrefined flours etc.. I do from scratch cooking.. but my imagination gets a bit boring..I generally cook from the homestead but buy in whole wheat or spelt grains to grind.. book looks lovely fr the cover

      Most of the recipes call for all purpose or, occasionally bread flour, under the assumption that a fair amount of people purchase flour from a store rather than grind their own. 🙂
