1 cup orange juice
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup honey
12 ounces cranberries
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine orange juice, sugar, and honey. Continually stir until ingredients are combined.
- Add cranberries and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until all cranberries are split open. While cooking stir occasionally.
- Once the cranberries are split, start to mash them as they cook until the desired consistency is reached.
- Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a bowl to continue cooling. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
