BAKED VENISON MEATBALLS
Ingredients
1 pound ground venison
2 eggs
1 cup Panko or bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well.
- Roll mixture into approximately 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes. If you are concerned about the bottom getting flat, you can roll them over about halfway through the bake time.
- Yields approximately 20-25 meatballs.
Want to make these ahead of time? They freeze beautifully. Arrange the baked meatballs on a lined baking sheet and place in the freezer to flash freeze them. Once they are frozen transfer them into a freezer bag or container.
